We offer a refund and/or exchange within the 3 days of receiving your product.

Discount Sales:

Discounted items fall outside our return and exchange policy. Once purchased, no refunds or exchanges are available for discounted items. Additionally, during campaign periods, purchases are considered final with no options for returns or exchanges. Payments At Candle Lifestyle:

 

  • All online orders are confirmed through a “Confirmation Call” by our dedicated customer care team at Candle Lifestyle 
  • We aim to make your online shopping seamless, offering secure payment options at checkout, including Cash On Delivery (COD), bkash payment, Debit and credit cards, and other Wallets.
  • For certain orders, our confirmation agent may request an advance payment (5-10% of the total order value or delivery charge) based on the order value and your shopping history. Advance payments can be made via bKash or Nagad payments.
  • Rest assured, every parcel undergoes thorough quality and quantity checks and is delivered in closed boxes or sealed polybags.

Return and Claims Policy: 

We strive to meet your expectations with every online order. However, if your order arrives in an unexpected condition, we are committed to resolving any claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. A product qualifies for a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Products with major quality defects
  • Products damaged during shipment
  • Wrong product, size, or color
  • Product lost in shipment

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and tags.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

 Refund or Exchange:

 Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return. If   approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchange: you can Exchange the item for another of the same value or pay the price difference for a more expensive item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Non-Returnable Items:

some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing tags.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
